I was a big fan of Dreamweaver and while KompoZer can't match it feature-for-feature, I find myself firing up KompoZer much more often. Mainly because it's "good enough" and because it launches so much faster than Dreamweaver. There are some "rough spots" with KompoZer, but it's the best of the free/cheap editors I've tested. And the fact that it's cross-platform is just too cool.
